I want to bring to your attention very important things that are related to the GPT Points. Please read the following lines because I am sure that you are not reading the rules by the time of your accounts registrations:

1. The GPT POINTS are connected to the CASH OUTS. Every Membership has different limits, but every member, with no exception, should gather POINTS so he may cash out.

The Standard Members should accumulate/gather at least 1500 GPT POINTS, so you may trade them for a cash-out request. If you have in your main balance 2$ but if you DO NOT HAVE 1500 POINTS, then the system will not allow you to cash out. It is why you MUST keep your POINTS for being able to cash out. If you get more points, then you may convert them to cash to your Purchase Balance.

The Upgrades have lower cash out points limits, so a member who has upgrade may cash out with 1300 or fewer points.

2. The GPT Points that are required for a cashout request are a matter of change. It means that in the future, I can lower the number of points if I see that it is too hard for you to get 1500 for a single cash out.

you can see "GPT Points" in you account. its your cashout points

I have now $1 in purchase balance and I understood this will be followed by receiving 10,000 GPTHUB points in my account. When this will happen, because I did not receive it.

The process is reversed, you get 1$ in the Purchase Balance for 10 000 points, not the vice versa. You do not get 10 000 points for 1$ in the Purchase Balance.
