Unfortunately I cannot earn from clicks in your new GPTHUB so my question is how could I unsubscribe if there is no option in the Personal Settings area ?

You have not subscribed to receive emails, offers, etc from Gpthub, you have registered in the site, it has a difference between subscription and registration. There is no need to do anything, in 60 days your account will be automatically closed if there is no activity. Subscription is when you start receiving emails, offers, or whatsoever to your email, we do not send an email to our members.
