» 2. Can I have more than one account in GPTHUB ?
NO, having more than one account is not permitted and if caught both will be deleted. If we detect multiple accounts from one and the same IP, both accounts will be closed without notice. Please do not join GPTHUB from public networks, the risk of being suspended is high!!!

Each task has a set value of points allocated to it. These are the number of points you can earn on completion of the task. Points are awarded immediately after you have finished your task and on average take between 5 minutes to 48 hours to show in your account.

Click a video, watch it and you will earn points once you have reached the end of the footage. You will NOT be awarded points if you click out of the video before it has ended.

» 7. How do I get paid for surveys and when will this be?
On successful completion, you will see Cash and GPT Points credited to Your Account. This can take up to 48 hours to show and it depends on the Offerwall company. The most offers are being credited instantly. Please do not open a support ticket asking where is my money or points before waiting for 48 hours.
» 8. How can exchange my GPT points for cash?
Points can be converted into cash to your Purchase Balance and the Standard conversion ratio is 10 000 Points=1$. However, this ratio may differ according to your Membership. GPT Points will also be used for unlocking the Cash Out processors. Every Payment that you request, to any of the Payment Processors will require a certain number of GPT Points. That number also depends on the Membership that you have at the time of the Cash Out.
» 9. Why has my survey submission been declined?
Unfortunately, we are not always informed of the reason that your responses have been rejected. GPTHUB is only a distributor of the surveys and we are not responsible for declining your surveys. You may contact the Offerwall company for more questions.
» 10. What is a referral?
Referrals are users like you who have registered in GPTHUB under your referral link. GPTHUB does not sell Bots but only real Humans, we do not have a Rented Referrals System.
» 11. What can I earn referral commission on?
All referral payouts are conditional on the referee successfully completing offers and earning points. We pay out referrals commission in points and the commission is only on points earned. » 12. How much commission will I be paid?
For a direct referral, you will earn from 15 to 50 GPT points, depending on your membership type. Your referrals will also bring you a different commission on their activity such as viewing ads, making purchases and order, completing offers, task, and surveys, etc.
» 13. Why is my account suspended?
There could be several different reasons why your account is suspended. It could be a recent transaction has been placed under review or it's possible that you may have violated our Terms of Service and/or Privacy Policy. It is why we strongly advise you to read our Rules and Terms. Also, it could be that you are sharing a PC with your sponsor or downline and that is not permitted.
Payment processor dispute, claim, or chargeback will result in permanent account suspension.
Using proxies, VPS, VPN, shared network environments, and/or auto-click software are/is not allowed and will result in account suspension.
Inappropriate actions in an attempt to cheating, hacking, steal, fraud, system abuse, any action that would violate the TOS, and/or inappropriate conduct in our forum or to other members will result in account suspension.
